Delivery
All artwork and sculpture is shipped by artists direct to buyers with insurance. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery for domestic shipments, from the point of the order.
Fine Artz offers artists the choice to opt in or out of shipping internationally. Each artwork should be packaged securely and separately.
Recipients (buyers) are responsible for all duties and taxes. We suggest buyers should check with their local customs and excise office for tariffs and charges associated with importing artwork before making a purchase.
Please allow 28 days for delivery for international shipments.
Please note: Fine Artz is NOT responsible for any import taxes / duties, shipping costs, clearence fees or issues, insurance, loss or damage or any other duties levied by your local customs clearance.
Note: Artists do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Tracking
To track your artwork click on 'My Fine Artz' and then click 'My Purchases'. The tracking number will be displayed under the artwork once the artist has shipped the artwork.
Returns
All Fine Artz works of art are of a high quality and will have already been viewed and selected by you on the Fine Artz website. However, in the unlikely event you should wish the return a particular piece of artwork, you may return your artwork within 14 days for a full refund minus the out bound shipping cost. To return an artwork, please sign in to your account and click on 'My FineArtz' and then click 'My Purchases'. Select artwork you wish to return and click on Return Artwork, and this will notify the artist that an artwork is being returned. We recommend using UPS for returns.
Please ensure the artwork is packaged well, with insurance and tracking included at the time of booking the return shipment. The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the artwork has been returned to the artist in good condition, a refund excluding the outbound shipping cost will be processed back onto your card or PayPal account. The outbound shipping cost cannot be refunded, as this can't be recovered by the artist.
