You can check the status of a current order by signing into your account... 1. Click on My Fine Artz 2. Click on My Purchases. Once the artwork is in transit - the tracking number will be visible and you can track your artwork on the courier's website.
All original paintings or sculpture will be delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity from the artist.
Sign in to your account, then visit the chosen artist's virtual gallery and click on the Commission Me button at the bottom of the artists page. For more information on commissioning artists, click on 'My Fine Artz' then 'Commission An Artist'. (Note: Not all artists are available for commissions - if the 'Commission Me' button does not appear on the artist gallery page - they are not offering commissions at this time)
Access to the private galley is reserved for commissioned artwork only. Once the artist is ready to offer a preview, or would like to show you the finished artwork, a unique password will be sent to your registered email address - enabling you to access the private gallery to view your artwork. (Note: You must be signed into your account before entering the unique private gallery password)
Then artist ships the artwork direct to the buyer.

You are buying artwork from the artist. FineArtz.com is the portal or platform the artist sells their artwork on.
We do not tolerate any threating behaviour, hateful emails or any kind of abuse. If you - artist or buyer receive a threat of any kind or abusive email, please report it to us by emailing us. Please include a screen capture, if possible of the email or communication. We will then determine what course of action is required, which may include suspending or banning the member. If you receive threats of violence towards you, then you should report these to the Police.
My Messages is there for buyers to communicate with artists when they would like to commission a new bespoke artwork only. It should not be used to circumvent, buy or deal outside of FineArtz. If this happens or an artist reports a buyer is trying to buy an artwork listed on FineArtz from them outside of the website - we will suspend or ban the offending member.
In most cases - artists will accept returns. Please check by looking on the artwork listing to see if returns are accepted. All return shipment costs are to be paid by the buyer. When returning artwork, please mark the package clearly with 'Returned Goods' on the shipping label / commercial invoice or airway bill.
